Dr. Katie Keller Wood

Dr. Katie Keller Wood grew up in the world of education, and delights in helping people find new ways of thinking about the world. Discovering Montessori education, both as a pedagogy and a philosophy, was pivotal for her, and she is on a mission to bring a Montessori perspective of work to everyone.

Katie has had the great honor of working with hundreds of middle and high school Montessori teachers from all over the world through the training program she runs, called CMStep. She is recognized as a worldwide leader in Montessori programming for adolescents.

She currently serves as an adjunct instructor for both Xavier University and the University of Wisconsin. Katie does her work because she believes that a more peaceful, just, equitable, and sustainable world is possible, and that it takes all of us leading our aligned lives to bring this world forward.

Alicia Lyttle is an AI enthusiast and digital marketing expert with over 23 years of experience in the industry. She has held positions at esteemed organisations such as The White House and has built a successful career as an entrepreneur and digital marketing specialist.

As a well-respected speaker and trainer, Alicia has travelled internationally sharing her knowledge on leveraging the internet for business success. She is the founder of Pow Social Media, a digital marketing agency, and Monetized Marketing, a training and marketing company. In addition, she is a successful real estate investor.

Joanna Conti

A chemical engineer, serial entrepreneur, reformed politician and mother of four, Joanna Conti is on a mission to help dramatically more people recover from addiction. When her teenage daughter started regularly drinking to potentially-lethal levels, Joanna discovered that there was no way for families to know which rehabs were providing effective treatment.

Joanna started a research company that has now monitored 70,000+ patients during addiction treatment and followed up with more than 25,000 patients afterwards. In 2020, Joanna and her daughter founded Conquer Addiction to revolutionize the addiction treatment industry and help families find effective treatment. This work is the culmination of Joanna’s efforts over the last 25 years to make a difference.

Previously, Joanna founded an international nonprofit that helped tens of thousands of orphans in Africa and Asia and ran unsuccessfully for both the U.S. Congress and Anne Arundel County Executive.

Jeffery Keilholtz

As a Vice President, executive team member, and Emmy Award-nominee, Jeff is grateful to wear many hats for Broadway Licensing Group, one of the fastest-growing companies in Broadway entertainment.  He is privileged to lead a talented team responsible for business development, sales, and marketing, across five diverse imprints at the center of art and commerce.

Jeff also oversees go-to-market strategy, revenue diversification, content acquisition and distribution, and licensing for the ground-breaking streaming platform, Broadway on Demand.  His essay on Acting, Living Off-Stage: A Technique in Continuity, was published in Stanislavski Studies, a peer-reviewed journal, in 2013.  Jeff has also assisted British sculptor and land artist, Andy Goldsworthy, on various projects.

His previous corporate experience includes management of global communications, marketing partnerships, and business proposal architecture for a $250MM corporation, whereby he was directly responsible a blue-chip sales portfolio, valued at more than $100MM.

Her world turned upside down with her husband’s brain tumor diagnosis in 2012 and subsequent brain surgeries, his battle with cancer, chemo, and radiation.
